How to Book Miss Mak:

To book Miss Mak for your special event simply press the “Book Miss Mak” button on this website and she will be in contact with you to discuss your needs. Alternatively you can email Miss Mak here: hello@missmakentertainment.com.au

Miss Mak will endeavour to call you within 24 hours of submitting your enquiry/booking form, so please ensure you enter valid contact details when filling out the online form.

Communication between yourself and Miss Mak:

Miss Mak values open communication and encourages her customers to contact her with any questions you may have after booking your party. Miss Mak will always endeavour to reply to any emails you send within a 24 hour period and return calls within a 12 hour period.

How to secure your party date and booking:

To secure booking Miss Mak for your special event, a 50% deposit must be paid to secure your date via Direct Debit. Seven (7) days before your event, you will be issued an invoice with final the balance owed, and will be contacted over the phone to confirm final guest numbers and final entertainment details. The full service fee must be settled before or by the invoice due date.

Information you will need to provide Miss Mak upon booking your party:

Miss Mak creates unique repertoire for every party so no one of her parties is the same. To do this she will require some information from you such as, how many children will be attending your party (approximate maximum numbers) and the rough age range of the children. She will need to know your party theme (if you have one), your child’s favourite songs, movies etc so she develop an exciting and unique repertoire to make your child’s day super special. Please allow up to 10 minutes on the phone to chat through these details.

Refund Policy:

As Miss Mak is a professional entertainer, she prepares for each party well in advance to offer you a unique and wonderful experience. It is for this reason, she does not offer refunds.

Cancellation Policy:

In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your booking, a minimum of 14 (fourteen) day’s notice must be given in writing to qualify for a Credit Note to the amount of your 50% deposit. You must contact Miss Mak of your intention to cancel your booking immediately and within these terms by emailing hello@missmakentertainment.com.au. Cancellations made via voicemail or phone will not be accepted.

Credit Note Policy:

Credit Notes are valid for up to 12 months from the issue date and redeemed by the original recipient only. Credit Notes will not be accepted if gifted from the original recipient to another person.

Gift Vouchers:

Gift Vouchers are valid for up to 12 months from purchase date and can be redeemed by emailing hello@missmakentertainment.com.au. Refund, Cancellation and Credit Note policies for services purchased via a Gift Voucher remain the same as above.

Travel Charges:

If your party is more than 35kms from Mickleham (3064), Miss Mak reserves the right to charge an additional flat fee of $35 for travel costs.

Service and Fee Changes:

Miss Mak reserves the right to change fees and service inclusions at any time, Miss Mak values honesty, clear communication, good faith, integrity and transparency and commits to conducting her business in this way. You as the customer will always be notified of the full cost of the service fee and what to expect from Miss Mak’s entertainment prior to booking your party.

Social Media Policy:

From time to time, Miss Mak or a member of her team will capture photos for marketing purposes of your party. Should you wish to not have your party photographed including your guests it is recommended that you make this known to Miss Mak prior to your event taking place.

Working With Children’s check:

Miss Mak confirms that she holds a current Working With Children Check card no. 2770826A-01 issued and validated by Service Victoria.
